I ordered the book based on the reccomendation of a friend, but found it not very helpful because many of the things suggested violate my moral & religious principles. Some examples: strong encouragement to practice extensive masturbation, use of pornography, use of vibrators and sex toys, the authors' stated conviction that "monogamy is boring" [I haven't found it so, wish I had the time and energy to jump my hubby every single night], etc.
